Eating Healthy with University of Leicester Women’s Football Team
We were approached by UoL Women’s Football Club to help them prepare nutritional meals in order to help them get the most out of their performance and help with their everyday diet. along with showing them about the benefits of eating healthy food and ideas if they are on a budget. And also learning the health advantages of taking a little time to prepare fresh food against eating processed food.
Our Head Chef for Here for U Ross Hearst helped compile a list of different recipes
which include a balance of protein, fibre and important vitamins in meals such as

Cajun Salmon Fillets
From this Ross will be hosting a cooking showcase for the Women’s Football Club in order to show them how toperfect these recipes at home.
